We attempted Owls Head via the Brutus Bushwhack, (and I see from Brian's post who we met along the way), that he states it is all broken out.
..but with sticky deep snow, we only near the top of the bushwhack and do to time, we had to turn around. Although Black Pond and the rest of the trail is now nicely broken out, so another attempt of Owls Head would be much easier.
