Trail conditions: Hard packed, well traveled snowmobile trail. I broke trail through lightly crusted snow to both ledges.
Special equipment: snowshoes
Comments: I didn't notice a sign for either side trail. Watch for orange flagging on the right for Lapham Ledge. The footpath is flagged with orange/pink tape the whole way to the viewpoints. Watch for yellow blazes on the left for Bucks Ledge. The blazes stop abruptly at the base of the ledge. Follow orange/pink flagging from there. Blazes pick up again at the top of the ledge for a short distance. Continue to follow the flagging to reach Mann Rd.
