the Sphinx Trail is in need of a lot of work, it was so impassable that I lost it and had to walk down the rocks at the side of the stream for a long section, almost to the junction with Great Gulf. I did this trip as a loop with Great Gulf, Six Husbands and Gulfside. Great Gulf had some minor overgrowth issues, the others were in very good shape.
