Mt Monadnock to North Pack Monadnock Route?

Just wondering if there is an way to get from the Monadnock-Sunapee Trail to the Wapack Trail without doing a 15 mile road walk. Even a partial off-road route would be helpful.

The Cranberry Meadow Pond Trail and the Raymond Trail connect South Pack Monadnock to almost downtown Peterborough in 4 miles, cutting off some of the road travel. http://www.monadnockconservancy.org/pdf/CMPT-trail-guide-and-map_FINAL.pdf
