Two or three trees across the path, easy walk around, don't think they are new blow downs (there's evidence someone has taken care of the trail recently). The usual parts of the trail are wet and a bit of snow's still under bushes, refusing to give it up.

Special equipment needed: bug stuff and sunscreen.

This was my first 4k hike since my knee surgery (80 days ago) and therefore a very important milestone (pain free I might add). The bugs were pretty fierce (ears, eyes, hairline) and we enjoyed the occasional bit of wind. Trail was deserted on the way up but the summit and ridge were pretty crowded. The views were great but hazy way out. Many dogs and one brave couple with two little kids who weren't enjoying the climb one bit (we mustered some encouragement for them). Beautiful hike, definitely one to be repeated often. http://summithikinginnewengland.blogspot.com/2015/06/mt-eisenhower-via-edmands-path-may-30_7.html
