    The Rains Came

We got 1-3 much-needed inches here last two days of September in Connecticut, all soaking into the thirsty ground, so minimal flooding concerns. We're still half a foot or more behind for the year. That deficit may be made up in the next several days. Has it been more severe in other areas? Any flooding issues yet?

8 inches or so in Lewiston, almost 6 inches in Portland. Facebook is filled with pics of flooded cars and roads. Not bad for a 24 hour rainfall yeah
