Not technically blue hour but your photo reminded me of a sunrise hike I did up Caps Ridge Trail on 10/28/17. One of my favorite hikes.

Looking over the Pemi as an undercast rolled in. Was taken just before 6AM.

It was before the blue hour but the blue in contrast with the white on Moosilauke that day was almost painful
