Hi, i just wanted to post a heads up to those who might be headed over towards the Mckinley hollow trailhead parking area. The hollow got hit with bad flooding over the weekend and part of the parking area close to the brook at the trailhead seems to be ready to collapse.
Just wanted to warn those who plan on parking there not to pull too far into the parking area as I wouldn't want anyones car to fall into the brook, which as of yesterday is still roaring with snowmelt. I think it's still safe to park there but BE CAREFUL of how close you pull your car in!
