Successor to Mohammed Ellozy's excellent 4K footer site?

http://home.earthlink.net/~ellozy seems to have gone off to interweb heaven - is there anything out there now that provides a similar breakdown of common routes and their mileage/book time/elevation gain for the 48?

Thank you! Having waded through dozens of blogs, etc., I had given up hope.

One can often find copies of old websites (including Mohammed's site) at the Internet Archive: https://archive.org/

Love the Wayback Machine - but it wasn't showing copies of the sub-pages.

Given his site is down, I must ask...

Is Mr. Ellozy still among us?

It was mere 15 years ago I did a one-day Presi traverse with him.

    Hi Chris,

Most people, you definitely included, know "Mr. Ellozy" as Mohamed

I am not merely alive but still follow VFTT regularly. Reason I have not posted on this thread is that I am in very preliminary discussions about a new home for parts of the site.

While I am over 80 I still enjoy regular small (as in Blue Hills or Middlesex Fells) hikes. My last hike with any elevation gain was Mt. Martha a couple of years ago.

Best wishes to my VFTT friends!

What a relief!! I think of you and that traverse often. Glad all is well.

And Mt Martha is one of the more strenuous "moderate" hikes I've done. Could it be mislabeled or is it possibly me? HA!

    Keep moving my friend!!

    All the Best,

Thats good news. I've used Mr Ellozy's site long before I knew of VFFT, when I first started planning on bagging the NH48. It's a great resource.

Maybe I will have a chance to use spell check on my description of the winter bushwhack route to Mt Isolation when it finds a new home
