    Shelters

I realize the AMC Huts are closed for the season but does anyone know if this pertains to the shelters as well - in particular Guyot? Is there still access if I happen to be out that way some day and am looking for a place to stay for the night?

I would think that this means the shelters are open...

Be careful where you step and make sure you treat the water. The outhouse at Guyot fills up quickly and without a caretaker to compost the waste, the cat holes in the woods will pile up quickly.

The dukies have been trickling down hill from the overfill sites on the ridge for decades.
