    Non-toxic bug spray

My housemates made some bug spray, and it works extremely well while lacking all the nasty stuff, like awful chemicals that harm the environment and melt one's clothing. I can spray it straight onto my face, and not only does it not burn, but it actually tastes okay!

1:1 water / witch hazel (4-6 oz each)
    10 drops citronella
    10 drops lemongrass
    10 drops tea tree
    5 drops lavender
    5 drops peppermint

While non toxic to humans, many of the essential oils listed as ingredients are toxic to cats.

My housemate's niece made us a batch. It works! Don't know where she got it.
