    It becomes obvious by the post Labor Day timing of this that the reason for the ban on Massachusetts was to avoid the large summertime surge of people from Mass, even as Mass's CoViD numbers were as good as the exempted states. Too bad that could never be officially stated.

    In other words they all went to New Hampshire instead.

    As a Mass resident, I'm not/was not mad. If I were a New Hampshire resident, Maine and I would be havin' words....

    Vermont, too...I'm sure a lot of folks winding up in NH had or would have had Vermont plans.
