I get 2-3 forgotten username/password emails per month. It is important that you keep your email up to date so when you contact me, I know how to find your username and send you a password recovery link. Otherwise, we have a back-and-forth conversation trying to locate your username and/or your password. I can also use your birthdate, assuming you've given one, although I don't like having to ask for personally identifying information, especially via email.

Given the volume of spam I receive, sometimes your email is lost. Please try again if you don't hear from me for a few days.

I recommend you use a password manager like Dashlane or LastPass (there are many options).
