That would be a plus. I recognize the danger of overuse, especially that trail, but 10 cars seems a little tight.

Not likely to expand. The locals in the neighborhood are way against it. Also the land is not there to support it. This new Rec Path is designed to be accessed more from it's Northern and Southern ends. Thompson Road is more of an intermediary access point rather than a primary access point. Hopefully the path with it's primary access mainly by cyclists will take some of the pressure off Thompson Road leaving room for hikers. There has already been a big battle here with people parking illegally which was well squelched by the town. My guess aside from some grooming of the already existing parking what you see is what you get.
