I had heard there was a possibility last night of some snow dustings in the higher elevations upon the temperature dropping. Any magic fairy dust up there?

The summit cam on Washington definitely had snow on it today. I saw an image from a VT ski area of a dusting. The high winds expected overnight into Saturday will probably limit any precip.
The tourist businesses usually dream of snow on the summits to get the leaf season traffic at high gear.
