My friend Andy and I are heading up on Monday 7/4 to do the Clinton/Jackson loop so we can knock 2 more 4K's off the list. Approx 8.5 miles. I'm guessing around 4.5-5 hour total including gawking while at the peaks.
We should hopefully be at the Clinton Rd parking lot by 11:30am. I'd prefer to start much earlier (8-9am), but he has two children now and his concept of starting things "early" has changed drastically since kids entered the picture, but I digress......
If any else is going to be up that way or wants to do a similar loop feel free to meet us. My name is Pete.
