Thanks both for the feedback. The night / day turned out great, though in the end crampons were all that were needed. Packed out all the way up. Hit the trail at 2:30am, summited for sunrise and out by 8:00am. :D Some great photos of sunrise with Franconia in the distance... I'd post one...

Wondering if anyone has done Mt Moosilauke via Beaver Brook lately? Haven't seen any recent trail condition or trip reports... Crampons + Ice Axe are a must I am sure... but if it's not too deep I'd leave snowshoes behind. Plan is to start early AM on Sunday for an Easter Hike! Any feedback...
