Does anyone know if East Falagstaff Road in the Bigelow Preserve (Maine) is plowed and open for car travel in the Winter? If so, is it smooth enough for a Honda Civic, or do I need a truck? I'm looking to reach the Safford Brook Trailhead on Wednesday, December 29th. Ray
