    Some of us see this as good news! But I wonder what the AMC thinks about it. (How much business will they lose going into Zealand Hut?) Reminds me of when the Sawyer River Road washout happened, and Carrigain became that much more sweet.

    Actually, I believe in the context of this discussion, Gatorade doesn't really contain enough sodium, only 440 mg. per liter. And I would think that a person could indeed be gaining weight and sweating profusely at the same time IF they're drinking a lot of fluid. Couldn't they?

    Please, I am hoping someone can inform me as to the current snow pack in the Mt. Kearsarge/Sunapee/Ragged area. Also Monadnock and the Wapack Trail region. i.e. at roughly what elevation does the snow begin, and how deep is it near the tops of the peaks? Thank you.
