I finally convinced the wife to go for a easy hike and now I can't find the child carrier. I was thinking maybe we could use the stroller on the Lincoln Woods trail. Is it flat enough (been a long time but it seemed to me it was) and is it allowed?

I know about hips not knees I had a snowmobile accident in 2001 and they tried pinning a broken hip but it did not take. 15 months later I had a hip replacement. Due to the atrophy and lack of movement it took me about 18 months but then I was able to hike 4k's and have done a few 12-15 mile...

Also Fletchers Cascade is very nice shorter hike . I believe it's about 1 1/2 miles and doesn't really climb until the end . While sitting out on the cascades can see the ski area and part of the village .

Never hang them up , I didn't walk due to an accident for 18 months and 3 surgeries and a replacement hip later and I am able to hike again , just took a little while to build myself back into shape
