I have a Ronco dehydrator and all I have used it for so far is making my own jerky. It comes with a instruction manualon what to do for certain foodstuffs. I sure would love to learn how to freeze dry though!

Ever since I did my own beef jerky I never did like anything store bought. I can tolerate it, but certainly prefer my own.
