Thanks so much! I assume Boott Spur trail runs right into the Pinkham Notch Lodge. My maps indicate this would be a total mileage of 4.2 miles from Pinkham Notch to Lake of Clouds Hut. Plenty of time to dump our gear at the hut and perhaps explore Mt. Monroe and maybe even Mt. Franklin. Thanks...
