No, Monday looks doable but don't think I can get day off work. Rest of week looks crappy. Have Tris on Sat, so probably won't finish this season, unless weather changes

Hi, I'm just reading this now. I was also wishing I could take a weekday off work to finish my winter 48. I have 9 left, 5-7 hikes and Madison, Adams are two of them. So are are the Tris. Yesterday was my last day out though on Hale. Next Saturday is my daughter's b'day. Maybe we could do some together next winter. I'll PM you.

Did Adams Saturday. Up Airline, down to hut via Gulfside then descended on VW. VERY icy on airline below Durand Ridge. Like, stupid icy. Nothing that couldn't be handled in either sharp spikes or hillsound pros, but pretty extreme. VW also considerably icy, especially since I bare booted it on way to/from Madison on Tuesday (couldn't get Adams, had an early turn-around). If you go, enjoy the ride. Be safe. Crazy windy as well on Saturday.

Thanks, KV. Actually Wednesday looks good. Already committed to work thing that day, but depending on conditions, may see if I can bail on the work thing. Not really liking the sound of "stupid icy" but maybe tonight's snow will help? So much for spring!
