Picasa Web links not working uinless signed in ?

My links don't work unless I am signed in there, which I believe is a recent change. Any idea what's happening ? Thanks.

It happened when the introduced Google+

If you go in and set all your albums visible to the "Public" then they are again visible for folks not signed in.

Look at each album at the bottom of the thumbnail. In front of where it says "photos: 30" should be a little globe when it has been set right.

Click on the album in question. On the upper right it has a thumbnail for the album and next to it says, about the third line "limited (edit)". Click on (edit) and at the bottom of the window use the drop down to specify "Public on the web"

Works for me.

I think the reasoning behind this is: If you have an Android device your photos are automatically uploaded when you take them. I assume they put in this feature as a security measure so you weren't instantly uploading every picture you take to the public.
