Can someone tell me what this structure is that appears on Google satellite view of Mt. Wash?

It is just north of the fuel tanks near the Lizzie Station area below the summit.

It was the location of a helipad and some small buildings and equipment related to the Air Force testing facilities. Here is what the site looked like in 1957.
