"TubeItAdBlockAp extension"?

I have AdBlock and generally use Google Chrome to get here. I'm still getting regular Pop Ups here that claim to be from "TubeItAdBlockAp extension", but I can't locate that to uninstall it.
In programs I also have YoutubeAdblocker. Any suggestions on how to find/remove "TubeItAdBlockAp extension" ? Thanks.

This is adware. Using Google, find the removal instructions of your choosing. I.e., http://www.anti-spyware-101.com/remove-tubeitadblockapp is one such set of instructions.

I might try the Revo Uninstaller mentioned, but I don't want to try anything that's worse than the original problem.
