We parked at Glen Ellis Falls Parking Area and hiked up Glen Boulder Trail. The trail is basically UP the whole way to Davis Path with little relief. The Views are beautiful and highly recommended. Davis Path has some wet areas and some blow downs, however, someone was working on clearing them, so they are most likely gone now (thanks). The weather was great on top of Mt Isolation. We opted to take the longer, but less elevation Rocky Branch Trail out. This trail is very wooded with not much for views. The river crossings were many, but fairly easy. The trail has some muddy spots, but nothing too bad. Overall a great loop hike. With one vehicle we were dreading the 3.5 mile road walk, but as soon as we hit the road a nice couple stopped and asked us if we needed a ride. Very appreciative of that! Great Hike!
