WMUR really needs to get their facts straight, but I guess that's too much to ask. There is no trail in the White Mountains called "Walker Brook Trail". The trail to the wreckage is a bootleg, unofficial route. This isn't difficult.

It says "a trail near Walker Brook road", not Walker Brook Trail. There is a "trail" at the end of Walker Brook Road on MapBuilder Topo. Would that be the bushwhack? It's not on the Forest Service map layer. Can't say I'm familiar with that area.

Gotcha. So is that the bushwhack? What actually caught my attention was the reference to the bomber wreckage. Could be an interesting hike.

Edit: Never mind. I saw the posted link after I had commented. Thanks.
