Hi Cymbidium, the Winter Ossipee 10 is sort of a joke list if you will...basically poking fun at the little known nature of the Ossipee 10 list by joking about having a winter counterpart, like the 4ks have...the Ossipee 10 is a list of scenic peaks in the Ossipee Range (sort of like Over The Hill Hiker's 52 with a View list), including Shaw, Bald Knob, Bayle, Roberts, Faraway, Turtleback, Flagg, Sentinel, Big Ball, and Black Snoot/Larcom.
