Hiked out 19 Mile Brook Trail, which was well broken out. But Carter Dome Trail was not broken out and followed and extended a trail for a ways, never made the ridge. Was a group behind us that probably went further, but if you head up that way expect some serious trail breaking.
Use the Garfield and Garfield Ridge Trails.
Was 51 degrees at the start of the hike and over 40 at the summit fortunately no rain. He hiked mostly in tee shirts, needed our rain shells because of winds at the summit.

Did Garfield yesterday, the water crossing were high and we did the bushwhack, but I wouldn't have said they were particularly high for late spring.
