    Lake Trail to Lake Griffith

    1/2 inch of snow at the trailhead increased to 6" - 8" of fresh powder over a hard packed base as we hit the ridge. Barebooted the whole way although Snow Shoes would have been nice higher up since the trail was not broken. Lite traction recommended but not required.
