Looks to me like anyone planning to watch the eclipse from BSP could be disappointed. Reading the notice, I could speculate that a good crew could camp outside the park and access Nesowadnehunk Campground via the former park gate from the west and then dayhike up Doubletop which would be hard to beat for a viewing spot. Mileage wise it is not that bad of an option. The big issue is if there are logging operations to the west of the park so that the road is plowed or if the roads are open. The other option is that the park perimeter road is open to snowmachines so the trails to the Brothers and Coe are also accessible in addition to Doubletop via snowmachine assuming the trails are open. IMO, Doubletop is probably better terrain to ascend than the Brother's from the north (a winter approach to Doubletop from the south would be technical).
