Trail is 99.99% snow and ice free. Very little mud suprisingly.
This is a fantastic, 5-mile round trip hike that is extemely family friendly. The falls are gorgeous right now, with some snow and ice to the side of the falls still lingering. There is even an iceberg in the pool below the falls (if you scramble up that far).
