EMS 30% E-Mail Coupon

I received an e-mail coupon for 30% off this weekend good through January 24th for use in-store only. I wanted to get Myself a Suunto X6HR, and none of the local (or even the not-so-local) stores had it in stock. I contacted EMS Customer Service about the problem, and they honored it at EMS.com.

My two season old denali ascent snowshoes needed servicing. I went in to have them shipped bach to MSR for in warrenty repair. The store simply exchanged them.

Last winter my 20 year old Mountainsmith frost fire II pack ( also purchased from ems) tortured my somewhat older body. Today with the pain fresh in my mind, I went to ems to get a new pack. That I had misplaced my coupon was not at all a problem. They accepted my word and gave me the discount.

With service like this I find it difficult to shop anywhere else for my outdoor goodies.
