Trail: Garfield Ridge Trail
Road walk to the trailhead not bad. Hopefully the bridges will be worked on this summer. First crossing not bad, the second one I took my boots off and waded across and the third one was easy.
The trail is free of snow to just below the halfway mark. Wet and sort of muddy in spots. When we hit the snow line we used microspikes. Snow was firm and no sign of the monorail yet. Carried snowshoes but did not need them as snow didn't really soften up too much. I'm sure that will change soon.
Great views from the summit.
