Greenleaf Hut - August 2011

I'm thinking of staying at Greenleaf Hut sometime in early August, 2011. I'm planning to hike south to north, stay at the hut at the end of the first day, and then hike down the next morning.

Where would be the best/safest place to leave my vehicle?

Lafayette Place is the usual parking spot for those ascending via Falling Waters and returning on the Old Bridle Path - these two trails form a loop. It's a large lot and occasionally patrolled by the constabulary.

It's accessible when traveling northbound on I93. You can also park on the other side of the highway at the campground, as there is an access tunnel if you're traveling southbound.
