Date of Hike: October 31, 2009
Trail Conditions: Muddy, really muddy on lower sections of Unknown pond trail and Bunnell Notch Trail. Lower sections of the Bunnell notch trail rather overgrown with prickers and other annoying weeds. Very very muddy towards fish hatchery end of bunnell notch trail.
Special Equipment Required: waterproof shoes for the mud.
Comments: Great conditions with great clear views for most of the morning. Approximately 70 deg! Hiked in a t shirt and would have gone to shorts if not for the mud and pricker bushes lining the trails on the lower sections.
