Closed between Exit 23 Warrensburg Rte. 35 and Exit 25 Rte 8 in Chestertown.

Saratoga exits are 13 to 15.

I have been traveling a lot from Lake George to Albany this past week and I've noticed that at every No U-Turn spot there were 2 troopers sitting there. I think I counted at least 10-11 on my way to Albany. Watch out! Oh and watch out for the boat pulling SUV's that try to race you, I had a close encounter with one today and I was not impressed.

Northway is now open through the damaged areas. Troopers are likely to still be there though.

I was through northbound last night and southbound this morning and everything was wide open with no police patrols. And for what it's worth, the local news media really blew the thing out of proportion. In each direction, in the vicinity of Exit 24, was one section of roadway no longer than 30 yards that had been washed out and subsequently repaired.
