long trail shuttle?

I am toying with the idea of a solo section hike in VT next month. Was wondering if there is any sort of shuttle system. Would rather not have to deal with taxis and stuff. Anyone have any advice? I'd like to hike from Lincoln gap to rt 108 in Stowe.

Check in the back of the End to Ender's Guide. They have a page that is titled , "GMC Volunteers Who Offer Rides to Hikers". I had good luck with this option in the past.
