May 5 - Mt Adams via Great Gully Winter Route

For those interested, here's my trip report of a wonderful day climbing the winter Great Gully Route in King Ravine (and ultimately to Mt Adams). There was still a healthy amount of snow all the way from the bottom of the Gully to the top, allowing us to do part of what we came for - practice some straightforward snow mountaineering skills.

Great photos and reporting, it was a fun read! Ski'd that same route last April, snow was firm and was interesting with the ice bulge below
