Trail Conditions: The Davis Path has been kept in impeccable condition. Very few post holes. It almost looks like someone has groomed the trails for the first mile or so. There was a little snow squall this morning that put a dusting on the ground at the base and about a half inch to inch or fluffy, powdery coating up top. Snow was hard packed, any water crossings at all are frozen, minus the bridge at the beginning.

Special Equipment Required: Micro spikes all the way to the top. I brought snowshoes, but didn't need them at all. No crampons either. Perfect conditions for micros. Butt slid down one small section.

If there is a group out there that maintains this trail, I express my appreciation. It was a very pleasant hike up.
