Beautiful sunny weather, dry trail, and seasonal temperatures in the 50s and 60s with a relatively light breeze at the top (comparatively speaking). Could not have asked for a more perfect day to hike one of my favorite trails. 9 miles round trip done in 4 hours. Foliage colors were gorgeous, but not yet peak.
