Trails: Bushwhack
Old Cherry Mtn Road to Camp 7. Room for 2 or 3 cars. Headed slightly SE. Woods were open and easy to navigate. Skirted a few areas that looked a bit tougher. Got steep near the West Peak summit cone, but still fairly good woods. Went over West and hit the toughest part of the day to descend to the col. Once off the cone found better woods again and remnants of the old trail. After spending time on East we stayed below the cone of West and found fairly good woods. Hit our ascent route and followed it down. As bw on NHHH go this was an easy one.
Cold on top. Snow on ground and spit most of the day. Great day out with Fran.
