Date of Hike: June 2, 2008
Trail Conditions: the trail was wet from all the rain on Sat. There were alot of blowdowns on the lower part of the trail. There was some snow a little passed the gate-was easy to walk on the side of the snow.
Special Equipment Required: No special equipment needed --since there was hardly any snow, crampons or stablizers were not necessary. Extra layers for the top where it was very windy and cold.
Comments: We decided to do the hike in spite of clouds and fog. The top was very windy and cold, no views, but still another day in the mountains!
