Mt. Isolation and Boott Spur 6/30/12

Had a great hike up Mt. Isolation and Boott Spur on the 30th. Up Rocky Branch, Iso East, and Davis Path, then north from Isolation on to Boott Spur and down Glen Boulder to a stashed bike. This hike completes my second round of 48 and it so happens that I also finished my first round on Iso. I think I attribute that to Rocky Branch being one of the further trailheads from my house in Campton (I know, I'm spoiled.)

A good breeze kept the bugs away and us cooled off. All crossings easily done. Fantastic views from both summits, fun bike downhill from Pinkham back to Rocky Branch trailhead. 14 miles, ~5200 feet. (3.2 mile bike ride.)
