I am curious on how much this could change the funding of the department once the show airs. I expect the officers will be given a fairly strict list of topics that are not to be discussed.

I would be curious if the department get contributions of equipment for visibility on the show. Most of these reality shows get revenue off logo visibility. Frequently I will see logos of non supporting brands covered with electrical tape. I expect S&R rescues and the weekly ATV rescues will figure in prominently.
