Trail Conditions: Trail well packed to Mt Osceola Trail. From there we encountered about 4 to 5 inches of fresh snow with occaisional wind blown hard-packed snow. Climbing the steep part to East Peak was slow and tedious as there was close to a foot of fresh snow along this part. We were able to snowshoes across the slide as well with no problems.

From East Peak to the Main Peak we encountered deep drifts and many ice covered branches. We used our crampons for the chimney section on the way over and for the way back.

Cold and windy on top and fabulous views in all directions.
