Parking for ammonussac ravine

Where does one park? I've read some posts that say it is discouraged(forbidden) at the Cog parking lot.

We were there yesterday. The entrance to the Ammo trailhead is gated but there may be room for 3 vehicles. We parked at the Cog Base station and parked in the lower lot which cost us $10.
