Van HO as usual is a well packed highway. The trail up Phelps is packed, and the upper section is very icy. The entrance to Tabletop's herdpath is obvious and the rest the path is packed too. Thanks Neil!! 
We both used MSR snowshoes with aggressive crampons at the bottom, and found that they're very helpful toward the top of phelps.
