Trail Conditions: Crusty snow with an inch or two of powder low, 4 - 6 inches powder with deeper drifts higher up.
Special Equipment Required: I often carry but rarely wear snowshoes. They were very useful today. Some of the stream crossings are on ice flows, you'll need either snowshoes or traction here.
Comments: Gleason had a couple wet sections that iced up my snow shoes. Bennet Street trail was in better shape. The two trails together make a nice loop. No tracks on other trails at the summit. And I didn't see anyone or any fresh tracks other than my own.
